All players joining the Comox Valley Tennis Club agree, as a condition of their membership, that for themselves, their executors, administrators, heirs and personal representatives, all claims of any kind, nature and description are waived, including past, present or future claims for injuries, if any, sustained in traveling to or from, or participation in the Comox Valley Tennis Club against the CVTC, its executive, members or volunteers, the City of Courtenay or the Town of Comox.
