Your registration has not been accepted, likely for one of the following reasons:
- You used the [Enter] key to move from field to field.
- You did not click a membership type at the top of the registration form.
- You did not fill in information for a required field (indicated by an asterisk).
- You did not tick the waiver box at the bottom of the registration form.
Click the 'Back' button above to return to the registration form or alternatively,
- if you would like assistance completing your registration, email info@cvtennis.com and we will be happy to assist you over the phone.
- you can mail your application and cheque payable to Comox Valley Tennis Club, Box 3402 Courtenay, BC V9N 5N5 or
- you can bring your application to our sign-up and opening days, Sat, April 5th at Lewis Park, 12:30-400pm or Sunday, April 6th at Anderton Park, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
