DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS TUESDAY, JUNE 9 AT 9:00 PM
Cost $40.00 per team
Playtimes:
Friday 5:00pm til dusk
Saturday 9:00 am til 4:00 pm
Sunday 9:00 am til completion
Conditions of Play:
- Entry fees must accompany forms or names will not be placed in the draw.
- No refunds once name is placed in draw.
- Players are expected to be able to play on the first day of the tournament. Consideration may be given to out-of-town players for Friday night, providing notice has been recieved by the tournament committee prior to the creation of the draw.
- Players should not enter a tournament which they may be incapable of completing due to employment or other commitments.
- Matches will be best of three sets. The Tennis BC 12-point tie breaker will be used at 6 games all in every set.
- Five minutes maximum for warm-ups will be enforced.
- Tennis balls provided for all matches.
- Food and beverages will be provided.
- Draw format will be determined by number of entries.
Draws will be posted at the Anderton Park tennis courts, Thursday after 6:00pm. Players will be emailed with their first match times. It is each players responsibility to know his/her playing times. An attempt will be made to post the draw the website.

WIN A ROUND TRIP TICKET FOR 2! Winner need not be present for the drawing on June 14, 2009 after the finals Tickets may only be booked 14 days prior to departure and are subject to availability. Some blackout periods apply (such as Christmas, Easter, Spring Break & statutory holidays.) Draw will be held on June 14th after the finals at the tennis clubhouse.
